How the Project Is DeliveredThe project is implemented in an intensive collaborative format with the university team. -
Format:- 4–6 weeks
- Online or hybrid format
- Core team of 5–12 participants
We combine strategic sessions, co-design workshops, and expert guidance throughout the process. -
